16. Magnolia Promenade

Get to Work Pack

Seen as the worst World in the game's community, Magnolia Promenade is one of the blandest worlds available. It comes with just four lots, and three of those are taken up by pre-built retail shops. These shops offer some incentive and already have some shops built when you start, however, it just doesn't have enough to justify choosing it.

It also doesn't help that it came in a $40 pack.

15. Strangerville

Strangerville Pack

This is a bizarre world, and that's the point. We know that this World is meant to be a unique experience, but beyond the story mode, there isn't a ton it has to offer.

The World comes with 12 lots and comes with a library, bar, secret lab, and more. It has a beautiful view of the desert, which is really nice to look at, and the mystery of the story is really great when first played through.

The issue is that you have to complete the story to toggle it off, and the strange behavior of the inhabitants just stands out weirdly from the rest of the game. You're best off to play through the story, save the file there, and leave it there for later.

14. Granite Falls

Outdoor Retreat Pack

Granite Falls was the game's first vacation world, and it definitely shows. Vacationing is always a great thing, and we love having it in the game, but this World is a rough first attempt at creating a vacationing World.

It is small, comes with only five lots, and features a national park. It was a cool glimpse at the potential when it first came out, but it just doesn't have enough to put it above any other vacationing spots. Not to mention the trees that are always blocking your view, leading to some frustrating moments.

13. Forgotten Hollow

Vampires Pack

We are torn on this one because we really love the spooky, gothic vibe of this World. Just the overall feel of it is really cool, and it's truly a unique location.

But it's just so small and doesn't bring enough of that uniqueness to put it higher on this list. There are only five lots available on this one, and the community lots don't fit too well into the layout. The garden in the center is a nice touch but there just isn't enough to do.

12. Newcrest

Base Game

This World can be seen as a builder's dream thanks to its 15 lots available and not much else to take up space. It offers a blank canvas for a person's creativity, but that isn't always going to work with some people.

It just suffers from the blandness that plagued a lot of things in the base game, and we hope that a new World like this will come eventually, but with a little bit more to it.

11. Glimmerbrook

Realm of Magic Pack

This World appears bland on the surface with its five lots, but it is something else under the surface that sets this one apart: a portal outside of town that teleports you to the Magic Realm.

Here, you can learn Spellcasting, take part in duels, and buy magical ingredients. While this area isn't very editable, it looks really cool with some great architecture and amazing views.

10. Selvadorada

Jungle Adventure Pack

We really love the look of Selvadorada; its surroundings look stunning, and it features amazing temples ready to be explored.

The issue is that it's still pretty small with only seven lots to choose from, and includes a bar, national park, and museum. Some hazards come with this location, like bugs that can make it dangerous to explore. But that could be a plus for some people.

Overall, we love the look of it but just wish there was more to do.

9. Willow Creek

Base Game

Featuring 21 lots, this is one of the biggest Worlds in the game. It comes with many pre-built houses, museums, libraries, nightclub, gym, and park. It's a wonderfully friendly and lively environment.

But it is from the base game, and because of that, it doesn't have a ton of 'flair' to it. It's really good, but it just doesn't have anything that gives it that edge to it. Besides, maybe the Goths that reside there.

8. Britechester

Discover University Pack

This World comes with a lot of flexibility and things to do, and three areas comprise this location: Foxbury, Britchester, and the town. Each campus comes with two dorms, one student house, and a common area, while the town has three houses, a bar, and a library.

Unfortunately, there is still a lot that is just background decoration, and that is a big bummer. The townhouses look pretty weird when you put them by themselves in a big lot.

Nonetheless, this is a cool World that gives the university lifestyle.

7. Oasis Springs

Base Game

This one is ranked above Willow Creek because of its desert aesthetic, which just brings a special feel to it. While it only has three vacant lots, there are still plenty of things you can do since it features a museum, lounge, gym, bar, and park.

Unfortunately, some of the community feel out of place, and many builds feel incomplete since they lack a pool. It feels like they should be there, given the desert setting.

6. Del Sol Valley

Get Famous Pack

This L.A./Hollywood setting really stands out to us, and it compliments the pack it comes in very nicely. It feels like you are living in a city full of superstars with the three mansions, three smaller houses in a cluster, and the downtown area that has a VIP lounge, regular lounge, museum, park, and gym.

The details that bring this entire atmosphere together are what stand out the most in this World.

5. San Myshuno

City Living Pack

San Myshuno is truly a unique experience in the world of The Sims 4. It features festivals, collectibles, and apartment system. Add this to a collection of nightspots and cool places to visit, and the gameplay is something completely unique.

There are a ton of cool build options available and plenty for your Sims to do. It is jam-packed with content for you to dive into.

4. Brindleton Bay

Cats and Dogs Pack

This 16-lot coastal town has a lot of great views to offer you. Everything is spread out enough that it feels like a much more open World than others. It has a nice, peaceful feeling to it, especially thanks to the rain that comes often.

It could probably stand to have some more lots available in it, but that limited availability is well worth paying for what it brings to the table.

3. Sulani

Island Living Pack

This island location is breathtaking and features its very own culture, events, and way of doing things. It is arguably the prettiest location in the game, especially for those of us who love beaches. If you look over the world, you will get great rewards as everything blooms and grows into something special.

The lots it comes with are pretty small, and if you don't want to build out over the water, that can feel rather restricting.

2. Windenburg

Get Together Pack

Coming in with a huge amount of lots (27), Windenburg is a massive coastal town to explore. It comes with both countryside and city locations, and plenty of choices in community lots. That includes two bars, two cafés, a pool, a gym, a nightclub, and a park, all you can explore and enjoy.

Be sure to check out the on Haunt Estate, the Ancient Ruins, and The Bluffs, where events will take place in this World.

1. Evergreen Harbor

Eco Lifestyle Pack

This World comes in as our favorite thanks to its sheer amount of features. It has beautiful views and allows you to change the entire World if you want to. There are three neighborhoods, and you can individually modernize if you choose.

It stands as the most versatile World we have seen in the game, and brings not only great gameplay but also stunning visuals in every variation.

Sims 4 Best Game Pack

Some worlds in The Sims 4 offer you more than others, and some are all dependent on what kind of experience you want from the game. One thing is for sure, however, and that is that The Sims 4 has plenty of stuff for you to dive into.
